 Agnes is a Clinical Social Worker who has written several books and many articles about trauma and healing. Agnes uses her over 35 years of experience to provide support and facilitate recovery through a variety of techniques, including talk therapy, bibliotherapy, DBT informed, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR and art and music therapy. She deals with trauma and manifestations from trauma such as eating disorders, self-harming thoughts and behaviors, sexual issues, mood disorders, anxiety, and of course PTSD. Her approach is individualized to her client needs.

Agnes is licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island.

Heide has been working with the Neurodiverse  community for nineteen years. She has worked for Mill Neck School for the Deaf, AHRC, Tiegerman and now works directly with families through the O.P.W.D.D Self Direction Program teaching Special Needs adults life skills.

Heide does charitable work & Fundraising Coordination for non-profit organizations such as Island Harvest, Erase Racism, The Glen Cove Senior Center,  various Food Pantries and Not What Defines Us. Heide is a Life Coach and is very passionate about helping other.

 Kristen served as the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) Coordinator for the Georgetown University Police Department (GUPD) and taught Trauma Informed Interviewing, Sexual Assault Response and Domestic Violence Response in the police academy. 

Kristen has seen how sexual assault effects people and is dedicated to doing what she can to help survivors on their path to healing, however that may be.
